Aloo chips is an indian traditional snacks made fro mthe goodness of fresh potatoes. firstly potatoes are peel of and then they are cut into small slices and put into he water for few minutes to remove extra starch and after that they are poured into the hot boiling oil and they are deep fried untill they turn yellow or golden color. if they become and crunchy then final touching is to be done by red spicy masalas and corriender powder with salt and all other spices to make sixxling hot and crispy.

Falhari chiwda is very famous term known by every indian, because it is used by every Indian in upwas, vrat and any other religious occasions. it is a crunchy mix made from pohaa ,nuts, cumins and rock salt is sprinkled for fasting people.it is very sweet and less salty in nature which gives the perfect balance of dry sweet.
moti sev is a type of sev which ia sequeal of bhujia ,but the different in both is that the moti sev is thick in texture.
the making process of moti sev is same as bhujia ,the dough is prepared with gram flour, cumins, ajwains, excess amount of red chili for spicy and red color texture in it.
after it is boiled then pour into another utensils and leave it for 10 min to make it cool, so here crunchy and crispy moti sev is ready, eat it with cold drink, tea or as own and enjoy it.
